I’m Prashanthi, but most people call me Prasy.
I’m a creator, a dreamer, a daughter, a mother — and a woman with a vision to build something that matters.
The Silence That Changed Me
Growing up in a close-knit middle-class family as the only daughter, I was wrapped in love. My father adored me — I was his little princess. But it was my mother who left the deepest imprint on my soul. She was full of energy, constantly learning, and juggling multiple businesses with unmatched passion.
But then life shifted. A business setback turned our world upside down. From the outside, we managed. But inside our home — and inside her — something broke.
My vibrant, expressive mother fell silent.
Not the kind of silence that’s peaceful…
But the kind that lingers.
That hides pain, shame, and an unbearable weight.
Even today, when I talk to her, I can feel that silence.
She doesn’t express herself. She doesn’t open up.
And that… terrifies me.
That silence became the seed of Kreativ by Prasy.
Why I Care So Deeply About Helping Women
Because I’ve seen what happens when women lose their voice.
When society expects them to stay silent, carry burdens, and not dream too loudly.
I’ve felt the weight of self-doubt when I left behind my corporate job in India and moved abroad. I carried hopes, but reality hit hard. Again, I found myself questioning my worth, my confidence, my identity. But there was always a voice inside me saying, “You were made for more.”
That voice is now my mission.
Why I Chose This Path
Because I’ve felt the silence.
I’ve battled self-doubt.
And I refuse to let another woman — especially one with talent, wisdom, or a powerful vision — feel invisible or incapable ever again.
Through Kreativ by Prasy and the Confident Women Freelancer Hub, I’m building a space where women rediscover their confidence, own their voice, and take their seat at the digital table — unapologetically.
This isn’t about just going viral.
It’s about going visible.
Valued.
And finally… Vocal.
